By accessing or using InstaScreen.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have authority to bind your organization when registering on its behalf.

InstaScreen.ai provides AI-assisted candidate screening and related workflow tools for recruiters, staffing firms, and hiring teams. Features may change over time. InstaScreen provides decision-support signals; hiring decisions remain with the customer.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the service in violation of applicable employment, privacy, or anti-discrimination laws.

Paid plans, usage-based charges, and renewals are billed according to the plan selected at signup or in your account settings. Prices and plan features may change with notice where required. Payments are processed by Stripe or another designated payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to your plan terms. Failed payments may result in suspension until resolved. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

InstaScreen.ai, its software, branding, and content provided by us are owned by AIVORA APPS LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required consents from candidates and for configuring retention and access consistent with their policies and applicable law.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVORA APPS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time; certain provisions survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
